Current Projects

We are in the design phase of the Beau West Apartments which will be a 204 unit project (129 units in phase I and 75 units in phase II) near the Spokane airport location. We expect to begin construction in the spring of 2019 and we should see our first C of O’s by winter 2019 and complete the first phase by early summer 2020.
We are in the construction phase of Crossroads Apartments which is a 144 unit site in Post Falls, ID that we purchased with permits ready and we are making some minor modifications on the construction prints and are expecting the completion of this project coming in the spring of 2020.
We are in the Construction phase of Bel Cielo II, which will be another 87 unit apartment project adjacent to the recently completed Bel Cielo Apartments in Post Falls, ID. We are expecting to complete this project in the spring of 2020.
We began construction on the Crown Pointe Apartments, which will be a two phased 264 unit apartment community in the Post Falls, ID area. We are expecting our first buildings to receive their C of O’s by winter 2019.
We completed the construction on The Villas at Hayden North in the spring of 2019, which is a 96 unit apartment project in Hayden, ID and are currently in lease up. Rudeen Management Company Inc. is managing this property.
We are in the construction on a 17,800 square foot office/warehouse building at 24250 E Knox Lane in Liberty Lake, WA “Knox Lane II” and we are expecting this to be completed in May of 2019 and currently it is 75% leased.

Completed Projects

Rudeen Business Park Lots C

We finished construction of Rudeen Business Park Lots C in March of 2017, which is a single a 25,000 square foot industrial park concrete tile building located in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington started in 2016. This project was sold by Rudeen in January of 2018.

River View 24, LLC

We finished construction on River View 24, LLC in August of 2017, which is a 24 unit project adjacent to the other River View apartments in Coeur d’Alene. Rudeen Management handles the management of this property.

Bel Cielo Apartments, LLC

We finished construction on Bel Cielo Apartments, LLC in January of 2018, which is a 96 unit project in Post Falls Idaho. Rudeen Management handles the management of this property.

Buckeye Villas II, LLC

We finished construction on Buckeye Villas II, LLC in March of 2018, which is a 15 duplex (30 unit) project adjacent to the Beau Rivage property in Spokane, WA. Rudeen Management is handling the management of this property.

Beacon Hill Ventures

Construction of Beacon Hill Ventures, a 39 unit apartment complex with approximately 6,000 feet of commercial retail space on the street level located at 4351 15th Ave S in the Beacon Hill district of Seattle, WA was completed by September of 2017. Currently this property is listed for sale.

Northwood Ridge Development

Construction of the Northwood Ridge Development project, 107 units located at 9118 E. Columbia Drive in Spokane, WA is was completed in November of 2016. Rudeen Management Company Inc. handles the ongoing management.

Blue Point Apartments

We have completed the construction of the Blue Point Apartments, 310 units located at 15001 N Wandermere Road in north Spokane, WA as of the spring of 2019 and Rudeen Management Company Inc. is handling the management of this project.

The Villa’s at River View

The Villa’s at River View, a 48 unit project adjacent to the 203 unit project in Coeur d’Alene, ID was completed in the spring of 2015. Rudeen Management Company Inc. is handling the management of this project.

Mirabolante Apartments

Construction of the first phase of the Mirabolante Apartments, 135 units of a total of 234 units located in Spokane Valley started in the spring of 2013 and was completed in the summer of 2014. Construction of the second phase (99 units) began in the fall of 2014 and was completed in the summer of 2015. Rudeen Management Company Inc. currently manages this property.

Riverview Apartments

Construction of the Riverview Apartments, a 203 unit apartment started in summer of 2011 was completed in the fall of 2013 and is located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Rudeen Management Company Inc. is the management company overseeing the property operations.

Snohomish Station Condo’s

Snohomish Station Condo’s was a two phase condo project with 92 units in Snohomish, Washington. We have completed this project and sold all the units by summer of 2018.

Rock Springs Apartments

The purchase of Rock Springs Apartments, a 132 unit project in Cheney, WA directly in between the other two projects Kevin owns (Barrington Place and The Boulders) occurred at the end of January 2014. Currently this project is managed by Rudeen Management Company Inc.

Dover Lot 13

Construction of a waterfront single family home knows as Dover Lot 13 was completed in the spring of 2010 in Dover, Idaho. This property was sold in May of 2017.

Bentley Apartments II

Construction of Bentley Apartments II, another 100 unit project located in Spokane, Washington and adjacent to the first Bentley Apartment began in the spring of 2009 and was completed in early 2010. Bentley Apartments I and Bentley Apartments II were merged together in the spring of 2012 creating a single 200 unit project. This project was sold in October of 2016.

Beau Rivage 78

Construction of Beau Rivage 78, a 78 unit apartment complex in Spokane, Washington and next to the existing 439 units of other Beau Rivage projects began construction in the spring of 2008 and was completed in the spring of 2009. Rudeen Management Company currently manages this project.

Mountain View Village Apartments

Construction of Mountain View Village Apartments, a 96 unit apartment project in Ponderay, Idaho began in the summer of 2007 and was completed in the spring of 2008. This project was sold in December of 2017.

Liberty Lake Offices

Construction of Liberty Lake Offices, a 14,000 square foot, two story office building in Liberty Lake, Washington began in 2007 and was completed in the spring of 2008. Currently we are 90% leased and looking for another tenant for the remaining area. This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company Inc.

Pillar Rock Estates phase I

Construction of Pillar Rock Estates phase I, the first six phases consisting of 206 lots within a total 280 lot subdivision began in 2007 and have all been completed and 160 have been sold and the other 46 lots are in the process of being platted and then will be sold in 2019. We are currently in the process of completing the seventh and eight additions phase consisting of 6 additional lots and 68 lots and we expect those to be on the market for sale by summer of 2020.

Bentley Apartments I

Construction of Bentley Apartments I, a 100 unit apartment complex located in Spokane, Washington near Airway Heights began in 2006 and was completed in the spring of 2007. This project was sold in October 2017.

Skiview Condos

Construction of Skiview Condos, a 23 unit condo project located in Leavenworth, Washington began in 2006 and was completed in the spring of 2008. All of these condos were sold by summer of 2018.

Brianwood Apartments

Construction of Brianwood Apartments, a 30 unit apartment complex located in Spokane Valley, Washington began in 2006 and was completed in April 2007. This project was sold in March of 2017.

Rudeen Business Park VI

Construction of Rudeen Business Park VI, a two building retail project with 9,000 square foot in each building (18,000 total square feet) is located in Monroe, Washington. We began construction in 2007 and it was completed in 2008. This project was sold in January of 2018.

Rudeen Business Park V

Construction of Rudeen Business Park V, a single 35,000 square foot industrial building located in Monroe, Washington began construction in 2006 and was completed in 2007. This project was sold in February of 2019.

Ponderay Business Plaza

Construction of Ponderay Business Plaza, a single 10,000 office building located in Ponderay, Idaho began construction in 2005 and was completed in 2006. This project is currently managed by Rudeen Development, LLC.

Rudeen Business Park Lot 28 (IV)

Construction of Rudeen Business Park Lot 28 (IV), two 23,000 square foot industrial buildings located in Monroe, Washington began in 2005 and was completed in the spring of 2006. This project was sold in January of 2018.

Pheasant Ridge Apartments

Construction of Pheasant Ridge Apartments, a 108 unit apartment project located in Spokane Valley, Washington began in 2005 and was completed in early 2006. This project was sold in 2017.

Rudeen Business Park 29B

Construction of Rudeen Business Park 29B, a 48,000 square foot industrial park located in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington started in 2004 and was completed in April of 2005. This project was sold in January 2018.

The Boulder Apartments

Construction of The Boulder Apartments, a 145 unit apartment complex in Cheney, Washington began in 2004 and was completed late summer of 2005. This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Beau Rivage III Apartments

Construction of Beau Rivage III Apartments, a 115 unit townhome and flat apartment project in Spokane, Washington began in the spring of 2004 and was completed in the spring of 2005. This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Selway Apartments

Construction of Selway Apartments, a 171 unit apartment complex in Meridian, Idaho began in the spring of 2008 and was completed in the spring of 2009. This project was sold in the spring of 2013.

Deerfield Apartments

Construction of the Deerfield Apartments, a 75 unit complex located in Spokane Valley, Washington began in the spring of 2004 and was completed in the fall of 2004. Rudeen Management Company oversaw the management and eventual the sale of this project in 2008.

Rudeen Business Park II

Construction for Rudeen Business Park II, a 48,000 square foot industrial park located in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington started in 2003 and was completed in 2004. This project was sold in 2008. In December of 2011, we purchased this building back and it is now called Rudeen Business Park 29A and was sold again in January 2018.

Barrington Place Apartments

Construction for the Barrington Place Apartments, a 108-unit complex located in Cheney, Washington started in May of 2003 and was completed in January of 2004. This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Monterra Apartments

Construction for the Monterra Apartments, a 139-unit complex located at 13401 Dumas Rd in Mill Creek, Washington began in August 2002 and was completed in the fall of 2003. This project was sold in 2005.

Adagio Apartments

Construction of the Adagio Apartments, a 200-unit complex located at 27019 172nd Ave. SE in Covington, Washington, began in January of 2002 and was completed in March of 2003. In the summer of 2010 Rudeen Management Company Inc. took over the management of this project and eventually oversaw the sale of this project in December of 2010.

Sienna Apartments

Construction of the Sienna Apartments, a 123-unit complex located at 1730 112th St. SW in Everett, Washington, began in May of 2001 and was completed in January of 2002. This project was sold in 2007.

Flamingo Park West

Rudeen Development LLC managed the development of an investment property for Kevin Rudeen in Las Vegas, NV. Flamingo Park West is a 22,750 square foot office building. Construction began in May of 2001 and was completed in October of 2001. This project was sold in 2004.

Rudeen Business Park

Construction of the Rudeen Business Park, an 88,000 square foot industrial park began in May of 2000 and was completed in April of 2001. This is a 6-acre parcel in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington. This project was sold in 2004.

Summerset Estates

Construction of the Summerset Estates, an 11-lot subdivision in Longview, Washington was completed in April of 2001. All lots were sold by July 1st, 2001.

Woodcreek Apartments

Construction of the Woodcreek Apartments, a 164-unit complex located at 14610 & 14611 Admiralty Way in Lynnwood, Washington, began in April of 2000 and was completed in March of 2001. This project was sold in 2006.

Beringer Place Apartments

Construction of the Beringer Place Apartments, a 49-unit complex located at N 111 Locust Road, in Spokane, Washington, began in February of 1999 and was completed in August, 1999. This project was sold in fall of 2015.

Beau Rivage Apartments

Construction of the Beau Rivage Apartments, a 324-unit complex located at 4707 East Upriver Drive, in Spokane, Washington, began in April of 1997. The first phase (132 units), was completed by February 1998. The second phase (192 units), was completed in February 1999. This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Biltmore Apartments

Construction of the Biltmore Apartments began in April of 1992. This 150-unit complex is located at the corner of 53rd and Regal St. on Spokane’s South Hill area. It was completed in August of 1993. Eleven duplexes known as Kempton Downs were constructed nearby in 1994, and the 120 unit Beaumont Apartments, were build between the Biltmore and Kempton Downs projects in 1995. Kevin Rudeen retains a 50% ownership in the Beaumont Apartments and 45% ownership in the Biltmore Apartments while the Kempton Downs duplexes were sold in the early 2000’s. Biltmore and Beaumont Apartments we sold in November of 2011.

Willowbrook Apartments

In 1991, Rudeen Development moved their operations to Spokane, Washington. Willowbrook Apartments were started in the spring and completed in November 1991. The 110-unit project is located at 12202 East Maxwell Ave., in Spokane, Washington. This complex was sold in January of 1997.

Cedar Town Home Condominiums

In 1990 Rudeen Development formed a partnership with Lawrence Construction. Rudeen Development was the general contractor in the construction of a five-unit condominium complex, Cedar Town Home Condominiums, located at 9915 NE 124th Ave., in Kirkland, Washington. Wallace and Wheeler Real Estate had the sales listing and all units were sold by June of 1991.

Hillcrest Village Apartments

The Hillcrest Village Apartments were built in 1989 by a partnership of Rudeen Development and Sundquist Homes. Rudeen Development was the general contractor and assisted Sundquist Homes with the leasing and maintenance. This 28-unit complex is located at 5601 SW 220th St., in Lynnwood, Washington. The project was sold to Sundquist Homes, who in turn sold the individual units as condominiums.

Newport Terrace Apartments

In 1988, construction of the 17 unit Newport Terrace Apartments commenced, immediately followed by the 18 unit Newport Springs Apartments. These complexes are located at 455 and 550 Newport Way NE in Issaquah, Washington. Rudeen Development managed and maintained the complexes until their sale in 1990. These complexes were later sold as condominiums.
