Kirk Kappen grew up in Liberty Lake graduated with a Business degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of Washington in 1994. Kirk began working for Kevin Rudeen in the spring of 1996 and currently oversees legal and financing needs as well as covering all other aspects of the various companies if Kevin Rudeen is unavailable.
