Construction of a waterfront single family home knows as Dover Lot 13 was completed in the spring of 2010 and is currently listed on the market for sale in Dover, Idaho.

Construction of Bentley Apartments II, another 100 unit project located in Spokane, Washington and adjacent to the first Bentley Apartment began in the spring of 2009 and was completed in early 2010.  Bentley Apartments I and Bentley Apartments II were merged together in the spring of 2012 creating a single 200 unit project.

Construction of Beau Rivage 78, a 78 unit apartment complex in Spokane, Washington and next to the existing 439 units of other Beau Rivage projects began construction in the spring of 2008 and was completed in the spring of 2009.  Rudeen Management Company currently manages this project.

Construction of Mountain View Village Apartments, a 96 unit apartment project in Ponderay, Idaho began in the summer of 2007 and was completed in the spring of 2008.  Rudeen Management Company Inc. is managing this project and we are currently in the lease-up stage.

Construction of Liberty Lake Offices, a 14,000 square foot, two story office building in Liberty Lake, Washington began in 2007 and was completed in the spring of 2008.  Currently we are 75% leased and looking for another tenant for the remaining area.  This project is managed by Rudeen Development, LLC.

Construction of Pillar Rock Estates phase I, the first two phases consisting of 72 lots within a total 280 lot subdivision began in 2007 and was completed in 2008, all of these lots have been sold.  We have just finished the development of the third phase with 27 more lots and we expect those to sell out in 2013.

Construction of Bentley Apartments Ia 100 unit apartment complex located in Spokane, Washington near Airway Heights began in 2006 and was completed in the spring of 2007.  Rudeen Management Company Inc. manages this project.

Construction of Skiview Condos, a 23 unit condo project located in Leavenworth, Washington began in 2006 and was completed in the spring of 2008.  We currently have the remaining 11 units for sale.

Construction of Brianwood Apartments, a 30 unit apartment complex located in Spokane Valley, Washington began in 2006 and was completed in April 2007. Rudeen Management Company, Inc. manages this project.

Construction of Rudeen Business Park V, a single 35,000 square foot industrial building located in Monroe, Washington began construction in 2006 and was completed in 2007.  This project is currently managed by Rudeen Development, LLC.

Construction of Ponderay Business Plaza, a single 10,000 office building located in Ponderay, Idaho began construction in 2005 and was completed in 2006.  This project is currently managed by Rudeen Development, LLC.

Construction of Rudeen Business Park Lot 28 (IV), two 23,000 square foot industrial buildings located in Monroe, Washington began in 2005 and was completed in the spring of 2006.  Rudeen Development, LLC currently manages this project.

Construction of Pheasant Ridge Apartments, a 108 unit apartment project located in Spokane Valley, Washington began in 2005 and was completed in early 2006.  Rudeen Management Company, Inc. manages this project.

Construction of Rudeen Business Park 29B, a 48,000 square foot industrial park located in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington started in 2004 and was completed in April of 2005.  This project is managed by Rudeen Development, LLC.

Construction of The Boulder Apartments, a 145 unit apartment complex in Cheney, Washington began in 2004 and was completed late summer of 2005.  This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Construction of Beau Rivage III Apartments, a 115 unit townhome and flat apartment project in Spokane, Washington began in the spring of 2004 and was completed in the spring of 2005.  This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Construction of Selway Apartments, a 171 unit apartment complex in Meridian, Idaho began in the spring of 2008 and was completed in the spring of 2009.  This project was sold in the spring of 2013.

Construction of the Deerfield Apartments, a 75 unit complex located in Spokane Valley, Washington began in the spring of 2004 and was completed in the fall of 2004.  Rudeen Management Company oversaw the management and eventual the sale of this project in 2008.

Construction for Rudeen Business Park II, a 48,000 square foot industrial park located in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington started in 2003 and was completed in 2004.  This project was sold in 2008.  In December of 2011, we purchased this building back and it is now called Rudeen Business Park 29A and is operating well.

Construction for the Barrington Place Apartments, a 108-unit complex located in Cheney, Washington started in May of 2003 and was completed in January of 2004.  This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

Construction for the Monterra Apartments, a 139-unit complex located at 13401 Dumas Rd in Mill Creek, Washington began in August 2002 and was completed in the fall of 2003.  This project was sold in 2005.

Construction of the Adagio Apartments, a 200-unit complex located at 27019 172nd Ave. SE in Covington, Washington, began in January of 2002 and was completed in March of 2003.  In the summer of 2010 Rudeen Management Company Inc. took over the management of this project and eventually oversaw the sale of this project in December of 2010.

Construction of the Sienna Apartments, a 123-unit complex located at 1730 112th St. SW in Everett, Washington, began in May of 2001 and was completed in January of 2002.  This project was sold in 2007.

Rudeen Development LLC managed the development of an investment property for Kevin Rudeen in Las Vegas, NV.  Flamingo Park West is a 22,750 square foot office building.  Construction began in May of 2001 and was completed in October of 2001.  This project was sold in 2004.

Construction of the Rudeen Business Park, an 88,000 square foot industrial park began in May of 2000 and was completed in April of 2001.  This is a 6-acre parcel in the Fryelands Industrial Park in Monroe, Washington.  This project was sold in 2004.

Construction of the Summerset Estates, an 11-lot subdivision in Longview, Washington was completed in April of 2001.  All lots were sold by July 1st, 2001.

Construction of the Woodcreek Apartments, a 164-unit complex located at 14610 & 14611 Admiralty Way in Lynnwood, Washington, began in April of 2000 and was completed in March of 2001.  This project was sold in 2006.

Construction of the Beringer Place Apartments, a 49-unit complex located at N 111 Locust Road, in Spokane, Washington, began in February of 1999 and was completed in August, 1999.  Kevin Rudeen retains 48% ownership of this project and it is currently managed by Rudeen Management Company Inc.

Construction of the Beau Rivage Apartments, a 324-unit complex located at 4707 East Upriver Drive, in Spokane, Washington, began in April of 1997.  The first phase (132 units), was completed by February 1998.  The second phase (192 units), was completed in February 1999.  This project is managed by Rudeen Management Company, Inc.

In February of 1996, Rudeen Development purchased a 14-acre parcel in Las Vegas, Nevada.  After successfully rezoning the property for a commercial and multi-family use, and during the permit process, the project was sold as a permit-ready package in June of 1997.

Construction of the Biltmore Apartments began in April of 1992.  This 150-unit complex is located at the corner of 53rd and Regal St. on Spokane’s South Hill area.  It was completed in August of 1993.  Eleven duplexes known as Kempton Downs were constructed nearby in 1994, and the 120 unit Beaumont Apartments, were build between the Biltmore and Kempton Downs projects in 1995.  Kevin Rudeen retains a 50% ownership in the Beaumont Apartments and 45% ownership in the Biltmore Apartments while the Kempton Downs duplexes were sold in the early 2000’s.  Biltmore and Beaumont Apartments we sold in November of 2011.

In 1991, Rudeen Development moved their operations to Spokane, Washington.  Willowbrook Apartments were started in the spring and completed in November 1991.  The 110-unit project is located at 12202 East Maxwell Ave., in Spokane, Washington.  This complex was sold in January of 1997.

In 1990 Rudeen Development formed a partnership with Lawrence Construction.  Rudeen Development was the general contractor in the construction of a five-unit condominium complex, Cedar Town Home Condominiums, located at 9915 NE 124th Ave., in Kirkland, Washington.  Wallace and Wheeler Real Estate had the sales listing and all units were sold by June of 1991.

The Hillcrest Village Apartments were built in 1989 by a partnership of Rudeen Development and Sundquist Homes.  Rudeen Development was the general contractor and assisted Sundquist Homes with the leasing and maintenance.  This 28-unit complex is located at 5601 SW 220th St., in Lynnwood, Washington.  The project was sold to Sundquist Homes, who in turn sold the individual units as condominiums.

In 1988, construction of the 17 unit Newport Terrace Apartments commenced, immediately followed by the 18 unit Newport Springs Apartments.  These complexes are located at 455 and 550 Newport Way NE in Issaquah, Washington.  Rudeen Development managed and maintained the complexes until their sale in 1990.  These complexes were later sold as condominiums.

The first project for Rudeen Development was Juanita Cove Condominiums, an 11-unit complex located at 11419 99th Place NE in Kirkland, Washington.  The project was completed in November 1987, with all units sold by March of 1988.
